Free delivery for orders over HKD688 (after discount).

Taiwan and Macau delivery
Free delivery for orders over HKD788 (after discount); HKD50 for orders under HKD788

International delivery
Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore - Free delivery for orders over HKD1000 (after discount); HKD50 Shipping Fee for orders under HKD1000
USA, Europe, Australia, Canada (major cities) - Free delivery for orders over HKD1500 (after discount); HKD150 Shipping Fee for orders under HKD1500

Wrong delivery information
You (the customer) are responsible for providing us with the correct delivery address and recipient information when placing an order.
If an order is sent to an incorrect address, or is returned to us due to an error in the address or details, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.

Shipping Instructions
1) The estimated dispatch date and delivery date shown on the website are calculated on working days, which means Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
2) Generally, orders that have completed payment will be shipped within 3-4 working days (except for pre-order products). The delivery time is subject to the actual delivery time of the courier company.
3) If you want to modify the delivery address or recipient information of the order after the order is confirmed, please contact the courier company yourself. We are unable to modify the delivery address and other recipient information for you.
4) Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you want the product to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
5) All goods arriving at designated SF Express outlets must be picked up within three days. If the pick-up period is overdue, SF Express will return the goods to our store. When customers pick up overdue goods, they will need to bear the storage fees and shipping costs.
6) If the goods are not collected within two months from the date of shipment, the goods in the document will be disposed of by us (Orca Skincare) without further notice.
7) Wholesalers are not entitled to any free shipping benefits.
8) You (the customer) agree that if you use a courier company to deliver the goods, the courier company will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during the delivery process, and the Company shall not be liable for all or any part of the loss, damage or liability (whether direct or indirect) under any circumstances.
9) If you use a courier company for delivery, you (the customer) agree to entrust our outsourced courier company to act as your (the customer's) agent and collect and deliver the ordered goods to the designated delivery address on your (the customer's) behalf. The courier company may charge a surcharge for remote areas. All surcharges are charged by the courier company and are subject to the courier company.
10) Orca Skincare reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
