Part 3: Purchase Terms

Payment

Customers can pay by credit card, Payme, FPS and bank transfer. When a customer uses the payment method we provide, he/she confirms that the account belongs to the customer. When ORCA SKINCARE accepts a customer's order, the amount due will be debited from the customer's account. All credit card holders are subject to authentication checks and authorization by the issuing bank. If the customer's credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment to ORCA SKINCARE, ORCA SKINCARE will have to delay delivery and contact the customer. In such event, ORCA SKINCARE shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver. Credit card details will be processed over an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection. ORCA SKINCARE is not responsible for any improper use of the information by third parties. If you pay by Alipay, the payment will be deducted immediately when the order is placed. For any payment method, the amount due will be debited from the customer's account after the customer submits the order.

ORCA SKINCARE accepts credit card payments for purchases on this website. Thanks to credit card purchase protection services (such as Verified by Visa and MasterCard Security Code), customers can shop with peace of mind using their credit cards with a password or security code. The credit card used for purchase must be valid.
